Dashboard Customization
Configure time ranges, comparison mode, module visibility, and how domains are grouped on the main dashboard.
The main dashboard at /dashboard shows every domain you have access to with a card per domain. The Customize button (top-right) opens a modal where you can shape what that view looks like.
Settings persist for your account, so you only need to configure them once.
Time Range
Pick the time range that powers every metric on the dashboard:
| Range | Use it for |
|---|---|
| 7 days | Short-term incident response and post-deploy checks |
| 28 days | Standard reporting window (matches CrUX's 28-day aggregate) |
| 30 days | Calendar-month-style reporting |
| 90 days | Quarterly trends |
| 12 months | Year-over-year context |
Compare with Previous Period
Enable Compare with previous to show period-over-period change next to every metric. With a 28-day range and comparison on, each card shows "current 28 days vs. previous 28 days" so you can spot regressions at a glance.
Module Visibility
The dashboard surfaces data from nine monitoring modules. You can hide entire modules or hide individual metrics within a module.
Toggling Whole Modules
In the Modules section of the Customize modal, toggle any of these on or off:
- RUM
- CrUX
- Synthetic
- Web Analytics
- Uptime
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics
- Indexing
- Robots.txt
A disabled module disappears from every domain card on the dashboard.
Toggling Individual Metrics
Click any module row to expand it. Inside, you'll see every metric the module exposes (for example, RUM splits into LCP, INP, CLS, TTFB, FCP, errors, mobile traffic, etc.) with its own toggle.
This is the fastest way to declutter cards: keep the headline metric you care about and hide the rest.
Grouping Mode
If you belong to multiple workspaces or have many domains, choose how the dashboard organizes the list:
- By workspace (default) - one section per workspace
- By custom groups - uses Domain Groups you've defined
- None - flat alphabetical list
Custom groups give you the most control - see Domain Groups for how to create and manage them.
Resetting
The Customize modal has a reset action that returns time range, modules, and metric visibility to defaults. Your group definitions and ordering aren't touched.
Tips
- Hide what you don't run. If you don't use Indexing or GSC, hiding those modules keeps cards short and scannable.
- Use 28 days as your default. It matches the CrUX window, so RUM and CrUX comparisons are apples-to-apples.
- Always-on comparison is worth it. Period-over-period numbers tell you "is this getting worse?" instantly - much faster than reading raw values.
